Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty
Online Purchases
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied,
please return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of the purchase date in its original condition.
Final or Discount Sales: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
New, unused and in good condition; If you purchased products related to cooked food - Returns Should be in Less than 15 Minutes from the time of Pickup or Delivery and Must be Untouched and Untasted. If not possible to return back in 15 Minutes, Please call us on the phone number given on footer section to review the request.
All Products must be accompanied by the original box with all protective packing materials inside,
Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
Refunds
The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s),
the credit should appear on your next statement. If it is not possible to Pay to the same Account used for Puchase, Merchant will pay in the form of Cash or Cheque or Interac E-Transfer.
Please allow 15 - 30 business days to process the refund from the time of Request
All returns/exchanges of online orders, Products not related to Cooked Food or Raw Food must be returned within 7 days from the day you have received your order. Products related to Food must be returned in 15 Minutes from the time of Pickup or Delivery and Untouched and Untasted. If not possible to return back in 15 Minutes, Please call us on the phone number given on footer section to review the request.
Money Wallet Refunds
Remaining Balance Refund - Merchant will Refund the unused Amount in the Wallet once you made a Request, Please call us on the phone number given on footer section to start the refund process. Merchant will pay in the form of Cash or Cheque or Interac E-Transfer.
